What to bring
- All previous ultrasound reports, and the images or disc if possible
- Urine and blood tests, culture results
- Reports and discharge summaries from other doctors
- A list of the medicines your child takes
- For wetting: a completed bladder diary
- For an ultrasound, your child should arrive with a full bladder
